MY DEVOTION

I will tell you what Wisdom is and how she came to be.  I will not keep anything secret.  I will trace her history from the beginning and make knowledge of her open to all. I will not ignore any part of the truth.  No jealous desire to guard my own knowledge will make me hold back anything.  Wisdom has nothing in common such an attitude. No indeed - the more wise people there are, the safer the world will be. A sensible king can be depended on to give his people this kind of security. Wisdom 6:22-24 LORD Jesus Christ, you are the Wisdom of God. You are God's Word. You are the Truth and Life. I pray that God's Wisdom will rule our world.  Lord Jesus Christ may God's Spirit and Wisdom remain with us. I LOVE YOU LORD MY GOD

I have complete confidence in the gospel.  It is God's power to save all who believe, first the Jews and also the Gentiles.  For the gospel reveals how God puts people right with himself.  It is through faith from beginning to end.  As the scriptures says "The person who is put right with God through faith shall live." Romans 1:16-17 Heavenly Father, give us the grace to accept the gospel of your Son. Open our hearts to your Spirit to understand the scriptures that we may be fed and grow in knowledge of Christ and His teaching.

Lord Jesus Christ, teach us to look for ways to love you, teach us to love and protect little children, teach us to love our fellow being. Teach us to be generous in our thoughts and actions. Giving to the poor can make up for the sin, just as water can put out a blazing fire.  Anyone who responds to others with sets of kindness is thinking of the future, because he will find help if he ever falls on hard time.  My child don't prevent the poor from making a living, or keep them waiting in their need. Never give a hungry person any cause for resentment or anger. Don't add to the trouble of someone who is already desperate.

I created you to be my servant, and I will never forget you. I have swept your sins away like a cloud. Come back to me: I am the one who saves you. Isaiah 44:21-22 Holy Spirit, release joy and refreshment to all creatures on earth. Father you made me to be your servant. Thank you for the assurance that you will never forget me. Direct my steps to you, for you are my Savior.

Give your burdens to the Lord and he will take care of you.  He will not permit the godly to slip an fall. Psalm 55:22 The heart is  the place where we respond to God.  What pleases God is that we are willing  to allow God's Spirit direct us. We are able to experience God's love. We can open ourselves to God and trust in His mercy and love. H.G. Psalm 12

Are you determined to walk in the path that evil people have always followed? Even before their time had come, they were washed away by time. These are the ones who rejected God and believed that he could do nothing for them. And yet it was God who made them prosperous. I can't understand the thoughts of the wicked. God people are glad and the innocent laugh when they see the wicked punished. All that the wicked own is destroyed an fire burns up anything that is left. Job 22:15-20 Lord what will you have me do? The news circulating in our world are very discouraging. So much evils. I pray that you touch the hearts of your creatures.  Help us build a better world. Bless those who are striving to make our world a better place through Jesus Christ our Lord.

  Psalm 19 Lord teach me to be generous in words, in my thoughts. May I reveal your glory in my dealings with my fellow creatures. That I may ponder your wonderful work of creation. May I have respect for your wisdom. To have knowledge, you must first have reverence for the Lord. Stupid people have no respect for the wisdom and refuse to learn. Proverbs 1:7

Never abandon old friends; you will never find a new one who can take their place.  Friendship is like wine, it gets better as it grows older. Sir. 9:10   Psalm 86 Father in heaven give us grace to continue carry out your great commission. Help us appreciate our friends. Keep us faithful to you, and help us to be faithful to our friends. For the ways of the Lord are straight,  and virtuous men (women) walk in them, but sinners stumble. Beautiful Saviour Heavenly Father, give wisdom, knowledge, and understanding    that  I may be intelligent in grasping the meaning of your ways.  Jesus Christ my Savior, you are the Way, the truth and life, be  with me Lord. 'A man is coming after me but he is grater than I am, because he existed before I was born' I did not know who he would be, but I came baptizing with water in order to make him know to the people of Israel (world) John 1:29-31 Heavenly Father, you revealed your glory by the coming of your Son, Jesus Christ.  He existed before creation.  Christ is the Word that became flesh to dwell among us.  He came to reveal your glory, that all glory be yours.  Thank you for Father for your mercy through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. God my Father, make me understand the mystery of your Kingdom.

Wisdom 2:24 Heavenly Father, you are the God of the living who sent your Son Jesus Christ to ransom us from death. May I never seek to restrict your Spirit in my heart.  Father me the grace to listen and obey Christ's teachings. Lord Jesus Christ draw me closer to you. You fought and won the battle for my redemption, deliver me from the influence of the devil. Through your word, Lord nourish me, and reveal your plan for me so that I may live. H.G.

My Children, listen to what I have to say about proper speech, do as I teach you, and you will never be trapped.  Sinners are caught by their arrogant, insulting words.  Don't fall into the habit of taking oaths, and don't use God's holy name too freely. A slave who is constantly beaten will never be free of bruises, someone who is always taking an oath by the Holy Name will never be free of sin. Anyone who takes oaths all the time is sinful to the core, and punishment is never far away from his household. If he fails to fulfill his oath, he is guilty.  If he ignores his oath, he is as twice guilty. If his oath was insincere in the first place, he cannot be pardoned and will have a house full of trouble. Sir. 23:7-11 Teach me Heavenly Father to be honest in my dealings with my fellow creatures.  The implication of insincerity is very grave, Father I do not want to bear the consequences of unfulfilled oath.  Father deliver from this evil in Jesus
